Managing Director
Edun Azeez Olaolu, is a Project Manager and Entrepreneur who is majorly enthusiastic about construction project management and FMCG. An Alumnus of School of Estate (2017), a well-recognized institution across the globe for providing outstanding knowledge in real estate, with a first-class degree in Masters of Business Administration (Operations Management) and a professional certificate in real estate management. He is a young dynamic professional project manager with a result-oriented philosophy who has the capability to deliver on commitment and manage diversity to achieve desired result.
Aderemi Akintola
Director of Operations
Aderemi Akintola is a natural Customer and People Experience professional experienced in driving organizational successes.
She has over ten years of cumulative work experience in Administration, Customer and People experience, Project management, Career development, Coaching, Public speaking, Team building, Team training and Real estate.
She has played key management roles at top organizations in Nigeria before joining Z.U.N International Limited as Director of Operations.
Aderemi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), B.L from the Nigerian Law School, a Certificate of Mastering Human Resources from Lagos Business School, certification of Proficiency in Negotiation and Mediation (apnm), as well as other certifications.
Ayobayo Babade Esq.
Secretary, Head- Legal
Ayobayo Babade is a Lawyer, Real Estate Broker, Youth Leader, Dispute Resolution Professional & Social Entrepreneur. He has been instrumental to the restructuring of various Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and making them global brands, in recognition of which, in June 2019, he was conferred a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria – one of the youngest ever to be so awarded.
He is an Alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained his LL.B and LL.M degrees as well as the National Open University of Nigeria where he obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution. The Nesburg School of Business & Management is also his alma mata where he completed the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management Course. He recently completd the Global Business Course at the Harvard Business School (Online), Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
He is the Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Branch) Inhouse & Government Counsel Forum Council. He is also the Public Relations Officer of the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (A.E.A.N, Lagos State Chapter) established under the auspices of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV).
Akilo Folakemi
Head of Administration
Folakemi Akilo is a dedicated administrative professional with over two years of experience in administration and customer service. Before joining Z.U.N International Limited as Head of Administration, she worked with reputable organizations in Nigeria, gaining valuable expertise in office management and organizational coordination.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Oduduwa University and is committed to ensuring operational efficiency and excellence within the organization.

Ayanwale Damilola is a dedicated Business Development Officer at ZUN International Limited. She plays a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic sales initiatives, market expansion, and team coordination. With a strong background in business administration and sales management, she oversees day-to-day sales operations, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes innovative ideas that enhance revenue generation.

Anthony is a highly capable professional architect serving as the Technical Assistant at ZUN International Limited.
A registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), bringing a robust foundation of technical expertise and extensive project delivery experience.
Has personally spearheaded the successful completion of various built projects, managing them comprehensively from initial design concepts through to final construction. His deep expertise is built upon a diverse portfolio of executed architectural drawings and work across multiple regions, with significant project focus and hands-on experience in Lagos and Edo state.
